Dr. Cullen joined the Hand and Upper Extremity Center of Northeast Wisconsin in 2008. He is certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery with a certificate of Added Qualification in Surgery of the Hand. Dr. Cullen specializes in providing complete comprehensive care to the upper extremity including the shoulder, elbow, wrist, and hand. He has a special interest in rheumatoid and osteoarthritis, nerve and tendon disorders, arthroscopy, as well as trauma of the hand and upper extremity.

Dr. Cullen received his medical degree from Duke University School of Medicine. He completed his five-year orthopaedic surgery residency training at the University of Rochester School of Medicine in Rochester, NY, followed by a one-year Fellowship in Surgery of the Hand and Upper Extremity at the Indiana Hand Center in Indianapolis, IN. He is the former chairman of the Division of Orthopaedic Surgery program at Prevea Clinic, S.C. in Green Bay, WI.
Dr. Cullen has been published in several prestigious professional journals and has given numerous national presentations on a variety of hand and upper extremity disorders.
