Dr. Livengood joined the Hand and Upper Extremity Center of Northeast Wisconsin in 1991 after practicing in Madison, Wisconsin. He received his Orthopaedic Surgery training in Grand Rapids, Michigan and his Hand Surgery Fellowship at the renowned Swanson Clinic in Grand Rapids, Michigan, and the Kleinert Clinic in Louisville, Kentucky.
Dr Livengood was a member of many professional organizations and published in several peer review journals. He was highly respected locally and nationally for his vast knowledge and technical skills, especially in occupational disorders and micro-vascular procedures.
A devoted husband and father, Dr. Livengood and his wife, Susan, raised their three children in the Fox Cities, encouraging them to excel academically, artistically, and athletically. Family was priority number one for Dr. Livengood.
He was a friend to many, and it was a privilege to know him. Dr. Livengood was an exceptionally talented and caring surgeon. His integral contributions to the Hand and Upper Extremity Center will continue to benefit the lives of those he touched and our community for many years.
