FOLLOWING SURGERY OR AN INJURY, CONTINUED RECOVERY IS ACHIEVED THROUGH AN INDIVIDUALIZED THERAPY PROGRAM. OUR HIGHLY EXPERIENCED OCCUPATIONAL AND PHYSICAL THERAPISTS HAVE ADVANCED TRAINING IN THE TREATMENT OF SHOULDER, ELBOW, FOREARM, WRIST, HAND, AND FINGER DISORDERS.

On a daily basis they are assisting patients by providing:
- Individualized therapeutic exercise
- Hands-on manual therapy
- Advanced wound care
- Customized splinting
- Thermal and electrical modalities
- Home exercise program engineering
- Patient education

The therapy unit is located within the Hand and Upper Extremity Center of Northeast Wisconsin. This allows the hand surgeon, hand therapist, and patient to work together as a team to achieve the highest degree of functional outcome possible.
Outside therapy referrals from other orthopedic and family physicians are also welcome. |
